In July 2019, we moved our young family from Toronto, Canada to Waco, Texas with the goal of putting down roots in this community-centered city. With over 17 years of renovation experience, our desire is to continue to revitalize well-loved homes and create warm, inviting spaces where families can flourish.
It has always been our passion to invest and build for the future generations. This is why we build homes combining energy-efficiency, excellent workmanship, and timeless design.

With 14 years of marriage and several full-home renovations under their belt, Jeremiah and Sonja are an award-winning couple, working together to give new life to homes. They love to involve their three kids in their family-owned business, and always strive to keep faith, family and community the focus of their lives.

Welcome to our Harbor View Project! This 2400 sqft custom home build is currently under construction. Nestled in a mature neighborhood on a quiet street in Woodway, this stunning modern home will offer efficiency and high-end finishes, while located just minutes away from amenities.
